  1. Having never used the Facebook ads, sponsored or otherwise, can you tell me if you’re happy with the metrics they provide on your ads for determining if there’s a return on the ad investment? Can you link that some interactions came directly from the sponsored story ads using that metrics page?

Also, I know that Google Ads occasionally gives away small monetary coupons like $10-100 to get you started on using that service. Have you ever heard about anything like this for Facebook?

I’m very happy with the metrics they provide – you can see how many times the ad was shown, how many clicks it got, the percentage of people who clicked the ad that then took an action on your page, etc. It’s pretty thorough.

I don’t really have a specific interaction that I can show you that came from the Sponsored Story ads, but the overall interactions clearly jumped when I started running them. Also, I know that I was adding more fans as a result of those interactions than before I was running the ads.

I think Facebook does sometimes give away coupons by I’m not sure where or how to get them. I vaguely remember seeing on in an ad in Entertainment Weekly magazine once I think.
